This LP compiles songs from the soundtrack for the surf movie ‘The Hot Generation’, plus single versions and previously unissued recordings. Among the highlights is the 8-minute ‘Uptight, Out Of Sight’ that’s a genre in itself: genuine progressive garage punk! You can see where the seeds were formed for THE SUNSETS’ transition into TAMAM SHUD.
