From the time when we were still learning the alphabet of surf music, falling in love with spring reverb, passing through the seduction of the Farfisa, then developing a passion for the Hammond and the shimmering allure of lounge sounds, always carrying a touch of Spaghetti Western with us, constantly searching for our own voice while never ceasing to believe in the power of melody.
For the endless music we have listened to and the great deal we have played, and for all the musicians and friends who have worked alongside us—between stages and recording studios, miles traveled and money lost, wild nights and hazy days—30 full years, lived in a single breath, that could never truly fit within the grooves of a double vinyl record.
