\nThe 45rpm includes 2 tracks: the (A) side “Turn Me Up" written by Marco Pertusati (music) and Flavio Candiani (lyrics) has a melody that instantly grabs you by the ears. Whilst bang up-to-date, it boasts a twisting ‘n’ crawling, two-tone rhythm. The (B) side, meanwhile is a cover version of “Strange Town" by The Jam, which builds on the grit and attitude of the original and tops it off with richer and more reflective vocal harmonies, a trademark of The Mads recordings. The CD single, also includes an exclusive 3rd track: the instrumental version of "Turn Me Up". <\/p>\n
As for the previous singles, and the recent album "The Orange Plane", the recordings were made at Sunfex Studio, expertly treated by Davide Di Maio, with mastering by Alessandro Cuscinà. The single is accompanied by two videos, ‘Turn Me Up" produced by Davide Di Maio and "Strange Town" by The Elegant Thief. <\/p>\n
